For time:

– 60 deadlifts 70/50
– 40 wall balls 9/6 10ft
– 30 burpees over the bar
– 20 muscle ups

22min time cap

There are lots of options to scale todays WOD, whatever movements you end up with, make sure its something that challenges you and takes 2,3 sets to get through, but still allows you to keep moving and get this work done under the time cap.
