Happy Monday Crew, fantastic to start it off on the back of some pleasant weather on Sunday, a contrast to last week.
On the menu this week is a strong technique focus to kick of the week, a couple of Gymnastic and Weightlifting sessions appear and are dedicated to building good habits across these modalities.
After sneaking in some “cardio”, we will finish out the week with some classic CrossFit style WODs, and various styles of triplets.
