Our Youth Programs are inspired through the very best knowledge and resources that the world has to offer, but more importantly, they are specific to Youth training and ALWAYS at the forefront of that is “What is best for the kids”.
Our Wild South Kids program is for kids typically aged between 5-8 years (Year 1-4), but it can also be appropriate for Kids a little younger or older depending on their developmental age, capability and maturity.
With our overarching focus of doing “What’s best for kids”, the key objective of our 45 – minute Wild South Kids sessions is to make movement FUN!
While keeping things fun, we introduce and develop foundational movements while teaching fundamental skills for a life long positive relationship with health and fitness. Over time we further build on those foundations so that all of our Wild South Kids become confident and capable humans.
All of our Kids programming is inspired and based on The Brand X Method ™ who are world leaders in Youth Fitness. Our experienced and professional youth coaches apply that methodology in a way that is specific and appropriate to this age group, all the while, taking into account the subtle variations that we see in developmental age, capability and maturity.
Our program aims to improve the kid’s strength and aerobic fitness through various workouts, some short and sharp, others a little longer and we are consistently working on a wide range of fitness components such as agility, balance, coordination, speed, power and flexibility. We are building formidable humans ™.
Structured play and games are an integral part of our Wild South Kids sessions because we know that our kids are hard-wired to learn best through play! And that will always keep our sessions FUN.
That’s what happens here at our Wild South Youth Programs as The Brand X Method ™ Training Centre.
