What is My Fuelled Life?


Your Food is your Fuel.

In order to optimise the results from your training, it’s important to provide your body with the right foods.

The My Fuelled Life, is an evolving health, nutrition, and lifestyle program designed by the coaching staff of CrossFit Wild South. it is to help YOU find that missing link and really get the most out of your training.

We have pulled information from our own experiences, ideas from respected and knowledgeable people from around the health and wellness sphere into the format that we believe will offer you the best chance to experience some real, yet simple, changes to your health, nutrition, and lifestyle.

The overall goal of the program is to enable all of our participating Community members the opportunity to make positive changes for their own health.

A healthy lifestyle is laid on a great foundation of good food, good sleep and enough recovery for your body to do the things you would like it to do, and having a positive outlook (that’s right a healthy mind is part of this!)


How will it work?


My Fuelled Life is an individual nutrition program, set up between you and your Coach, to ensure that the right outcomes are targeted for the best possible results for you. 

There is no points, no gamification, no weekly photo’s to Facebook or Instagram (although you are welcome to share your journey if you wish).

How do I start and what am I in for?

  • Register your interest by completing the questionnaire on the “registration” tab.
  • Your Coach will be in touch to book an initial meeting of about 30 minutes.
  • You will book for a Body Audit ($45) on Friday 10th November, BOOK HERE. This will give you a solid and independent assessment of where your health and body composition is at. 
  • You will need a copy of the My Fuelled Life Journal ($20 to buy or download for free from the resources tab) to record your outcomes and progress towards them.
  • Your Coach may suggest to you to weigh/record food and set meal plans with an App, any costs associated with that will be yours.
  • You will have access to the shared Community page “My Fuelled Life” where Coaches and other community members can share resources and other relevant information.
  • Your My Fuelled Life program will run for 4 weeks.


Why just 4 weeks you ask?

Well quite simply, if you can manage and effect some change in your nutrition through planning, focus and one on one support from your Coach, you can do it all the time. The aim is for you to have created some lifelong habits that you can implement no matter what external (and internal) challenges you may face. 

What we generally find with our Community is that they wish to make either a change in body composition, increase lean muscle mass and/or improve their training results and recovery.

So with that in mind, and with our long-standing CFWS policy of promoting a Whole Foods based nutritional approach, we need to get started in establishing just where My Fuelled Life will best fit your desired outcomes by registering NOW.

For you and your coach to get the most out of the initial meeting, we need to get a little background information up front.

This will also be your registration into My Fuelled Life.

Be honest and give each question some real depth with your thinking, be true to yourself, that way you will be sure to get the most out of this program.
