Aine’ and Rewi graduated from the CrossFit Kids classes up to the CrossFit Junior classes last week. We completed this over the previous couple of weeks so as to make the transition as relaxing and fun as possible into the new group of kids.
The weekend brought a few of the amazing humans in our community to Queenstown where they took the opportunity to use their fitness and enjoy the support of family and friends in the various Queenstown Marathon events (Full, half and 10km).
Many of the games and activities that are utilised in our youth programs focus on the “less is more” approach.
