Official throw-down timeline for the CrossFit Wild South Jandallion

 

How the Jandallion Works:
Any member of the CFWS Box can challenge the existing Jandallion Champion.
To challenge please email your challenge WOD here
The coaches will review your WOD and make adjustments to ensure it is safe, fair and competitive. The challenge is then passed from the coaches to the current Jandallion holder.
On acceptance of the challenge a date will be set and booked into Zen. All speculators will need to book their “supporting’ slots via Zen Planner.
If the challenge is not accepted and no other challengers are pending, CFWS will organise a group Jandallion challenge. The current champion will need to compete in the group Jandallion challenge to retain his or her title. The winner becomes the new Champion.
