Your CrossFit Journey with CFWS
If you are new to CrossFit, you start with our free introductory session, one on one (unless you wish to bring a friend), where we can find out about you, and you can find out everything you need about us!
After our Free Intro, you can move onto the Fundamentals program, this is 8 one on one classes.
After the Fundamentals program, you will be eligible to join the main CrossFit classes, after you choose a suitable membership option.
We invite you to join us so that one of our experienced and qualified Coaches can guide you through your CrossFit health and fitness journey, working with you every step of the way. The Fundamentals is where we teach you the key foundation movements of CrossFit of which you will need to know to be able to move into the group classes.
