The below timetable comes into effect from Monday 31st July, 2017 and will be trialed through to Sunday 1st September 2017.

Below are our normal Class Schedule times, these may change to suit public holidays or events, email us if you are not sure.

– you are welcome to attend any CrossFit Classes as a Drop-In. Please indicate which Box you are from and how long you have been doing CrossFit for. There will be a Box Waiver to fill in as you come through.

Open Gym sessions are for Members only on the Endurance  Memberships.
