Consistency of Movement for Youth
At our Wild South Youth programs, our passion is to create a better future for our youth. This future not only involves teaching our youth to move through life with freedom and fearlessness but to challenge themselves well beyond the confines of the gym.
Successfully doing this relies on our ability to teach them the movement patterns correctly and consistently provide corrective feedback so that good movement patterns are achieved and maintained over time. It also involves training these movement patterns and developing habits that will provide our youth with the resources to arrive at movement solutions for all of the challenges they will face in their lifetimes.
