“I want to see what happens if I don’t give up”
12 weeks later and we are now at the final week of the squats program, bring your “A” game and be ready to take a swing at a couple PB’s.
The rest of the week sees a couple of sessions dedicated to developing that “Coordination” aspect of fitness.
This Saturday we have only one morning WOD class to make room for the “Mission Motivation” session that Ruth and Chayse have been planning. We have expanded the population limit, so you can expect there to be teamwork involved.
