Don’t lay down, we have a fantastic week of training ahead…
This week grants us all the opportunity to put our handstands to the test, we have been practising our holds for long enough so now it is time to be testing the decent.
The squats move into the final cycle and with some new numbers to work on from last week for many of us, we will need to bring good focus to the session.
We finish the week off on Friday – at the bar. The Oly lifting program will drop in for a second appearance this week.
