What a week it has been at CFWS.

On the off chance that you have missed a few of our daily posts on the website, they don’t always just contain the workouts for the week.

We try to throw in some other bits and pieces here and there that we think you may find interesting.

This week at CFWS – Monday 27th May, 2019

This week in our squats program will be the first wave of 1’s, or a good time to see where our 1’s are if we happened to miss week 1.

Midweek sees the introduction of some mindset training so that you can get more from your training sessions – why are we all doing what we do and how can we use each session to maximise those outcomes.

The rest of the week features some anaerobic testing as well as a WOD full of opportunity to advance our Pull up/Muscle up skills.

Be prepared to see a Hero WOD too before the long weekend.

Catch up with the Crew – Tuesday 28th May, 2019

Lynley arrived on the CFWS scene way back when we used to run Starter Series as groups instead of the one on one Fundamentals. A regular at the 5:30 am red eye crew, Lynley really has made a great job of adding strength, power and mobility to her fitness.

As always, the best way to get to know Lynley more is to take some time to chat next time you see her in the box.

We have regular community events throughout the year of varying types as well as our community organising many out of gym events.

It is a very important part of what we do here, connecting like-minded humans and empowering and motivating them to use their fitness in as many ways as possible, and to have fun. Fun is important.
