Lynley arrived on the CFWS scene way back when we used to run Starter Series as groups instead of the one on one Fundamentals. A regular at the 5:30 am red eye crew, Lynley really has made a great job of adding strength, power and mobility to her fitness.
As always, the best way to get to know Lynley more is to take some time to chat next time you see her in the box.

What makes you laugh more than it really should? : Chayse’s dance moves
What makes you angrier than it really should? : Slow drivers
Have you read any good books lately? : Only research articles for study 😬 which I should be doing now instead of filling in this form and procrastinating
What life lesson have you had to learn the hard way? : Pain is your friend
