This week in our squats program will be the first wave of 1’s, or a good time to see where our 1’s are if we happened to miss week 1.
Midweek sees the introduction of some mindset training so that you can get more from your training sessions – why are we all doing what we do and how can we use each session to maximise those outcomes.
The rest of the week features some anaerobic testing as well as a WOD full of opportunity to advance our Pull up/Muscle up skills.
Be prepared to see a Hero WOD too before the long weekend.
