Now that we have found our good solid training maxes for our squats, lets put them to the test with some lower rep percentage squats to kick our training week off.
We keep our gymnastics skills going across a range of sessions as we are seeing some very good progress both in our movements and strength across it.
We will be utilising the help of a friend or two in some workouts this week, including sharing some calorie accumulation in a WOD that your coaching team have had a go at. We have another benchmark to check in on too, she is a lovely girl…just ask her.
