Hands up who is looking forward to the next phase of our squat program?
After more than a month of volume training for our Squats, we get to see how our training 1RMs are feeling this week, so while you may be relieved to see the end of those sets of 10, you can count on the next cycle to be just as challenging.
A good splattering of gymnastic skill work finds it’s way into a few sessions this week as does an old OPEN WOD from 2011 for you to retest. We also scratch the OLY lifting itch to close out the week.
