In our Wild South Youth classes, we tend not to focus our programming on increasing the child’s ability for more work capacity but rather the focus is on increasing their physical capacity – or physical literacy.
We believe that by teaching the kids correct movement patterns that are repeatable, functional and safe, they can apply those skills and movements to anything they choose to do throughout their life. They become more competent and resilient while their growing confidence motivates them to try new challenges with a greater chance of achieving successful outcomes.
We currently have spaces available in our Wild South Kids classes on Wednesday’s at 3:45 pm.
