After some much-needed downtime for our Coaching Team (and a very special day for one couple) – both body and mind, we can get back into some training at the Box.
Even though the schedule remains reduced for the next 3 days, there is plenty on the menu to get the body back into gear and shake any holiday dust off.
We hope the Easter break has provided a great opportunity for everyone to rest up and fill your hearts and minds with good times with your family and friends and you have perhaps even taken the opportunity to use your fitness out and about.
