Recovered from the weekend?
Summer is here and so too is the last week of our current squat program where you get to check in if your consistency over the program will be rewarded with some shiny new PR numbers.
We introduce you to a new Hero workout that will offer you the opportunity to really test and, if scaling, build on your gymnastic strength. New Toes to Bar progressions feature later in the week too so best you make an appearance if this movement is on your list of things to build on.
The CFWS Christmas Cracker is this weekend, come to workout, come along to eat and/or come along to get into some paintball (or all 3 – please yourself). It is a very busy time of year but it will be great to have as many of our community (and their families) as possible.
