Don’t just lay around all week, get in and work on your fitness, one hour at a time.
We get to check in on our agility early in the week through a workout that will progressively introduce more challenging movements to push our aerobic capacity.
We see the squat and weightlifting programming continue with some percentages that will have us needing to shift some substantial weight.
