The weekend brought a few of the amazing humans in our community to Queenstown where they took the opportunity to use their fitness and enjoy the support of family and friends in the various Queenstown Marathon events (Full, half and 10km).
After kicking off with some technical overhead skill work and the continuation of our squat program, this week features some longer endurance work, including a spotlight WOD programmed by the 2015 Fittest Man on Earth. We also see a blast from the past where we repeat a WOD from September.
