Kettlebell Snatch 20/12kg
A Tabata, you must complete all 8 rounds of one movement before switching movements.
For larger classes, we will be starting on different stations – half start on rowers and half on the thrusters.
Look for consistent numbers across all 8 rounds.
We will record total reps per movement.
Kettlebell Snatch can stay one arm for all 20sec then swap during rest
