Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
2 Muscle Ups
4 Handstand Push Ups
8 Kettlebell Swings,32/24
MU: ring transitions or box transitions/ russian dips
HSPU: abmat, box HSPU
Nate is a challenging combo of gymnastics and heavy KettleBell swings.
Only step forward onto 1 harder progression per person- ie choose your focus HSPU or MU don’t make everything harder at once! Set up the boxes for Russian dips with abmats on top.
For our muscle ups, we can scale to bar Muscle Ups or even Russian dips/ toenail transitions before opting for a pull and a push combo today.
Our Handstand Push-ups should be an option that 4 is no problem to achieve mid-WOD, these get hard on their own – if and you are taking an easier option for your Muscle Ups then you may want a challenge on the Handstand Push-ups. But it wouldn’t be wise to attempt two challenging movements without compromising form.
