If you did PR in the previous cycle the last weight today will be a 3RM. Use spotters and expect this to be tough!!
Bracing and breathing are important from your first reps so get your technique perfect before heading up to your working sets.
2 -4 sets with an empty bar can be really beneficial particularly if things are tight!
