Unfortunately, due to the frosty weather conditions, some of you may have been lucky enough to do burpees yesterday.
Today we have a real test of endurance/gymnastic capacity on these. 7 mins of burpees to a target was, in fact, an open workout many years ago.
Don’t turn this into just an arm movement my peeling yourself off the floor without squeezing your butt. Likewise, don’t smash your legs by adding in an extra squat. Pop the hips high as you drive off the floor and move your body as one tight unit to get the most reps here.
