Alternate rounds for 10 rounds

20/15 cal rowing
12 Thrusters 30/20Kg
12 Pull ups


Scale the row so the total row time is sub 60 seconds, we want you to get off and grab the barbell quickly – you may want to wait – but pushing the barriers here will help you develop your strength endurance.

The barbell should be light!

Scale it so you can move the bar fast with good form.

If you cannot do kipping pull pull-ups, jumping pull ups over banded pull ups will work best here.
