Front Rack step ups
3 x 20 reps
Alternate with 5 strict TTB or knee raises
We are going into the last 3 weeks of the squat cycle.
Make sure you hit your percentages, not your friends’ weights.
The AMRAP needs to be done with a level of speed – you should still control the bar but do not stand and take breaths between reps just keep it moving until you don’t feel you can perform the next squat with great form.
The step ups are the same as last week if you flew through these last time add a little weight – remember not to let those elbows drop as you step up
