It is pleasing to see the success or our youth programs in that many of these kids have maintained their training from when this photo was taken over 5 years ago.
We have spaces available in our CrossFit Kids classes on Wednesdays at 3.45pm for more kids to learn the fundamentals of movement so that they can apply them to whatever athletic, sporting or leisure activity that they choose as they grow older.
10 pull ups
5 front squats @70%
Tough way to end the week with a heavy WOD.
The bars will be taken from the floor for the front squat, so as you’re warming up practice your power or squat clean.
The front squats will not allow your upper back to relax between pull up sets so be smart with scales you use for your pull ups (jumping would be great here) and if you need to break them keep your breaks as short as possible!
