The handstand really allows you to optimise your overhead position opening the shoulders while bracing the core. Not to mention the benefits of general improvements in body awareness.
This EMOM is to allow you to work the skill and strength of the HSPU while the KBS will keep your heart rate up. A great KBS (not bending the arms or pulling the KB up) but really using the hips will allow you to do the best you can on the HSPU minutes.
As we review HSPU progressions find something you can do a set of 8 fresh, but it is still some work to achieve these.
