65%, 75% and then 85%
AMRAP at 65%
3 x 20 step ups (DB in farmer carry)
Alternate with 10 strict TTB or knee raises
Alright, squat day is back, thank goodness!
Here we continue our lifts of the 5,3,1 program today is your first chance at 5’s after your recent PBs so intensity will be up there!
We are hitting all the same percentages then going for a max set at great form at the first working weight.
Have fun, lift heavy, use spotters.
Remember to keep the weight moving on the UB reps part at the end or you could be there a long time, the idea is to push the muscles to a good level of fatigue (not failure- ie you should still have 2-3 reps in the tank before failure will hit!)
