5 X 5 minute AMRAP

REST 5 minutes between AMRAPS
Todays WOD is for max distance set the rower up for 5min intervals and record your distances per row.
This is a great chance to practice tech, don’t let your head be flopping all over the place, push with the legs, tall torso, relaxed grip.
Keeping good position on the rower transfers to many other movements, so keep focused as you go – you can get out what you put in.
This is a lot of time so for pacing, we are thinking about 5-7 secs slower than our 2km pace.
As we go through the warm-ups we will have some great new drills – find the part that needs to be the greatest focus for you and work with that message today.
