Part 1 – Snatch complex work up to a heavy:
high pull (from hang) – hang power snatch – hang squat snatch
Part 2 – For time
30 DB snatch 25/17.5
A technique session again for the snatch movement, we can work up to something heavy here.
Each progression is a part of the real thing so ensure you are getting the feeling from movement to movement.
Most of the time will be spent here and we will finish the WOD with a very fast paced DB snatch, burpee, and run sprint.
This is an all-out effort. The DB snatch is a bit heavier than some other higher rep WODs – just ensure its a weight you have full control of.
