OHS to a heavy single
3 – 3 – 3
70%, 80% and then 90%
AMRAP at 70%
Old favourite but with a new twist…Squat day – are introducing our OH squat into the mix.
We are working up to a heavy single (Not a max).
Today’s number could be used for percentage work in the future, so the number achieved today should be something that you could hit on any given day. A good rep is better than a heavy rep and it will allow us to continue with good reps as we follow percentages.
Moving onto the back squats, working the percentages from our 1RM last week.
Once the 3 sets are done, drop back to the first set of 3 weight and go for a max set.
This is Unbroken reps performed at an even pace. You should stop before form breaks down, this is AMRAP QUALITY reps.
