Big benchmark day.
It would be good to check in on your previous times/scales so that you have a goal to hit – this could be a better time at RX or a step closer in weight/less assistance in the pull-ups.
As we know Fran is a hard-hitting WOD, so to preserve the correct stimulus we should have everyone aim for a sub 10min workout with scaling options that will be achievingWODS each round within 2/3 sets – dividing each round in 3 is a good tactic for these 21 15 9 WODS.
Checking in on movement we want our Thrusters to be as easy as possible, as much leg push as we can juice out of everyone and a good front rack will save our arms for the pull-ups.
Make sure you are “Puffed” before the WOD starts, it’s better to be warm
