Teams of 3: on the min for 12 min:
15 Push ups
20 sit ups
ME Cals of airdyne or rower
As a team, the goal is to maximise your cals on the rower or airdyne today. Everyone will be shifting on the minute, so the machine is virtually always going – do not zero it!
The rounds that include push ups and sit ups should be somewhat challenging but allow at least 15secs rest in the remainder of the minute, so dial back the numbers accordingly to allow that to happen. If you’re not yet doing full push-ups can you give yourself a harder progression today but work at reduced reps? 5 good reps will be more useful than 15 sloppy reps! We have some other progressions to try. Sit-ups should be completed as quickly as possible to allow a rest before you give it heaps on the rower or airdyne.
Your hardest minute should be this minute where you are scoring points – the other movements are essentially not recorded today and just need to be completed.
