CrossFit Junior High – Thursday 8th February, 2018

Our youth strength and conditioning programs are not designed to train kids to be only good in the gym or at a specific sport.
We train young people to be good at whatever they want to be good at, firstly as humans through a greater understanding of quality movements, recovery, and good nutrition. This means that when they take that understanding, they can apply those principles to whatever they like, they can test their boundaries, express their athleticism or simply enjoy a healthy life and just play.





Warm up:


:30 seconds each of

Handstand Hold/Wall Walk hold

Jumping jacks

Bear Crawl


Hanging Hollow hold

Burpee Broad Jump




Kettlebell Swing – Hip Hinge to extension


10 Good Mornings – stick then Kettlebell





12 Minute AMRAP

100m High Knee Skip

16 Kettlebell Swings

8 Pull Ups/Jumping Pull ups/Ring Rows




4 rounds (2 each partner) of

1-minute Strict Hanging leg lift (partner holds a stick to get legs over)

1-minute Banded Lat lat pulldowns (Partner holds a plank)




Banded Lat stretch

Partner bully stretch

Couch Stretch
