If you had the pleasure of doing this one in the 2016 open then make sure you find out your score so you’ve got something to work towards or beat! It’s a grippy one and with the low rep scheme it’s an easy one to forget to breathe in – take a couple of breaths as you make your way back to the bar for the snatches! Hold on and don’t forget to use your hips! If you’re scaling today, we’ll be dropping back the weight to an empty bar and switching out the bar muscle ups for jumping chest to bars.
