– 10 clean and jerks 80/60
– 30 double unders
– 5 wall walks

Today’s Clean & Jerks are heavy so expect to be working in singles, maybe even employing the split jerk to get that bar over your head, especially after those wall walks!! There’s lots of ways to scale this workout, reduce the weight to 70-80% of your max C&J, reduce the reps on the double unders before you swap them out for single unders and substitute shoulder taps for wall walks to get you upside down and moving those hands off the ground.
