With a partner, 10 rounds for time;

– 5 medball cleans
– 10 wall balls

immediately in to 10 rounds for time;

– 10 air squats
– 5 burpee jumping pull ups

Whether you are RX’ing today or completing the S’N’C programme the concept for getting through this work remains the same, one partner completes a full round before swapping, only one athlete working at a time. Each person will complete 5 rounds of each set of movements.
