– 400m run
– 15 overhead squats 43/30

One of the girl benchmark WOD’s. Attack this one with some strategy. If you have a previous time then workout what your splits need to be to do better! If it’s the first time you’ve had a pleasure of meeting Nancy then make sure the weight on the barbell is something that you’ll be able to get the first 15 overhead squats out unbroken only. If you’ve gone lighter on the weight and you’re smashing out the overhead squats you can always up your pace on the run, just so you don’t miss out!!
