It’s gonna get gassy guys! This is a benchmark workout being done under fatigue – don’t expect to break records today on your Annie time but if you do then obviously that is awesome! You’ll get some time today too to hone in on your double under technique and work on linking a few more together, maybe dropping that single jump in the middle or maybe just walking away with a few less whip marks than usual (but then how will people know you did crossfit today?! oh yea, you’ve probably already told them about it!).
