1 rep max Snatch – 15mins

10 rounds for time @ 60% of your 1RM;

– 3 snatch grip deadlifts
– 6 hang snatches
– 9 overhead squats

15min time cap

Today is two WOD’s, the first one sets the weight for the second one! BUT if 60% is still a bit heavy to complete at least one round unbroken, then drop the weight back. If you’re going the other way and throwing the bar round like a toy at 60%, bump the weight up. The challenge will be getting through the overhead squats unbroken.
