Today’s WOD is a benchmark so make sure all of your reps are solid! You must break parallel and you must hit your target!
If it’s your first time having the pleasure of doing Karen then have a chat with your coach about a plan of attack to get through this reasonable amount of reps. If you’ve been trying to block the last time you did Karen from your memory then make sure you dig up your records and check your last time and strategy and use this to plan todays attack.
However you plan to hit todays WOD, I can guarantee you that the less time you spend resting the quicker this will be over!
