A great opportunity today to work on your technique wherever you are at with these skills.  The movements don’t need to be touch and go but if you’re a ninja and this is what you should be working on then do it!  Don’t forget your set up with each new set, get braced in the right position and work on your breathing patterns throughout these reps.  If it ain’t safe you’re going to be stopped so let’s make it pretty people!
