Hey team here’s some useful information you will need about how the Jandallion comp will run.
The competition will commence on Saturday 16th November and will run during the day. Members entering for the Jandallion will be able to book for the event on Zen Planner as normal.
Members not taking part in the Jandallion Competition will still be able to complete Workout 1 and Workout 2 from 8am.
We will open the box at 7.30am. You will have until 8.20am or until your heat starts to warm yourself up. There will be a list of movements on the white board for you to work through. We recommend you make the most of this time.
8.20am – WORKOUT 1
40 back squat (50/40kg)
30 front squat (40/30kg)
20 OHS (30/20kg)
9.15am WORKOUT 2
10.00am WORKOUT 3
Clean and thruster ladder
Weights for men – 50, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100
Weights for women – 30, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80
10.45am WORKOUT 4
10 KBS (16/24)
10 pull up
10 box jumps (20/24″)
There will be a shared lunch after all the action so bringing a plate of some delicious treats will be greatly appreciated
