Ah the world of fitness and healthy eating … what a world you’d stumble into! So many different theories, methods and belief systems: what to do, how to do it, how often does one do it? What about diet? Oh no, did I just mention the dreaded D word? I’m not talking diet in the sense that most people associate it with; the starvation or deprivation in order to gaming slither into unhealthy looking size 6 clothing. Yes you’d fit into them, but where is the fun in that? Can you then proceed to go out and ‘live it up’? Nope, that is totally unrealistic.
